An exciting opportunity has arisen within our neonatal intensive care unit for 2 band 6 clinical facilitators.
Due to the current expansion of our neonatal unit we are looking to recruit highly motivated and skilled individuals to support new staff and students within the unit. One of these clinical facilitators will be based on our new Woodland Ward Special Care Baby Unit supporting new staff as they join the unit, guiding them through their initial foundation training and providing them with clinical support as they adapt to their new role. The other post is primarily managing student placements and supporting students in practice. Clinical skills training and education for existing staff will be required for both of these roles.
