Do you thrive in a role that blends coordination, communication, problem-solving and compassionate support?  We are looking for a dedicated Channel Island Liaison Coordinator to join our centralised 2-person Channel Island Liaison Team (CILT) at Southampton Hospital, support patients from Jersey, Guernsey and Alderney throughout their inpatient and outpatient journeys at UHS. 

You will be part of a 2-person specialist team that is a crucial single point of contact for Channel Island patients and UHS Staff. Your role will make a genuine difference to the patient experience for hundreds of people travelling long distance overseas from the Channel Islands for care. Universally, you will work with dedicated colleagues, develop unique skills in patient pathways and overseas travel coordination, and contribute to a service built on compassion, collaboration, and outstanding care.
