We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Paediatric Diabetes Family Support Worker to join our Paediatric Diabetes Multidisciplinary Team which includes Consultants, Paediatric Diabetes Nurse Specialists, Dietitians, and Clinical Psychologists. 

You will provide personalised support to children and young people with diabetes, and their families, both in hospital and community settings.

You will play a vital role in promoting well-being, independence, and positive lifestyle choices, while helping families navigate challenges related to health, education, housing, and social care.

Reports to Lead Paediatric Diabetes Nurse Specialist and Lead Clinical Psychologist.
