Are you a pharmacist with a passion for developing others and a desire to develop yourself into a senior pharmacist? 
We're looking for a motivated individual to manage our team of Foundation Pharmacists, the on-call service and support the pharmacist service to the dispensaries both at Southampton General Hospital and at our sister site, the Royal South Hants (RSH) hospital.  If appointed on a progressive basis, you will be fully supported to deliver this, and will not have budgetary or full management responsibility until you are ready to progress to a band 8a level. 
You'll need to be compassionate, organised, flexible and a great communicator.
