The South East Neurosciences and Trauma Strategic Network is seeking an enthusiastic Clinical Lead for its newly established Complex Rehab Operational Delivery Network (ODN).

If you are a professional qualified practitioner currently working within the South East Region and would like to influence complex rehab patient pathways and improve outcomes then this role is for you!

This regional clinical lead role is pivotal in leading cross speciality, cross Trust and cross ICB collaboration; facilitating and influencing the development of needs based rehabilitation along the whole patient pathway throughout the South East.  You will be expected to have a national presence with peers; feeding back developments and implementing new initiatives within the network.  In addition to working with peers nationally the post holder will be expected to work across the region identifying the needs of teams and patients, advising on appropriate education and professional development to meet these needs and work with acute providers to develop and implement safe, efficient and effective patient pathways in line with the service specification and the NHS plan.
