We are hoping to recruit an enthusiastic senior medical educator to work across the patient safety and education teams. This will be a fixed term appointment for 2 years initially to drive the implementation and delivery of human factors and team training for NatSSIPS implementation (stop points for safety) across the organisation and to support the Senior lead for clinical skills and simulation to deliver simulation-based education in UHS. Previous relevant educational experience is an essential requirement.

The role will report to the Director of Education and Workforce and the Clinical Director for Patient Safety. The role attracts a 1.5.PA allocation.
