YOUR MAIN DUTIES

 We are seeking to appoint a portfolio pathway (formerly CESR) lead. The post holder will support departments with developing and delivering portfolio pathway training and advise individual doctors with their applications.

 UHS is committed to supporting the education and professional development of locally employed doctors. This is an exciting new opportunity to support the education strategy by setting up and continuously improving a support programme for portfolio pathway training across the Trust. The lead will work with the medical education team, divisional and department leads to develop and deliver a support programme for doctors applying for portfolio pathway access to GMC specialist registration. They will liaise with education leads and external parties and organisations to support the programme and will offer advice and support to individual doctors to help them to prepare their applications to the GMC.
