The Immunology department at University Hospital Southampton NHS Trust are seeking an expert practitioner to join our team. 

The successful post-holder will have expertise in immunology and will work in partnership with the clinical team, to develop, and expand the services we offer. This role is vital in establishing and delivering the highest standards of clinical care and supporting efficiency to drive improvements in health outcomes in immunology.

The Clinical Nurse Specialist Team Leader in Immunology manages a small team of nurses and support staff who work to provide excellent care to a cohort of patients with immunodeficiency. The successful candidate will provide clinical leadership to the team, specialist advice  across disciplines, specialities, and act as a role model for the delivery of expert care. Working within a highly skilled team, you will have the opportunity to develop your own skills already present, and to also learn new ones whilst promoting the trust values and excellent holistic patient care. 
The Immunology team is well-respected nationally, and the postholder will help maintain this reputation through promoting quality research, disseminating good practice, and representing the team at relevant meetings and conferences.
