We have an exciting 6 month secondment for a Advanced Clinical Practitioner.  

The Advanced Clinical Practitioner for Medicine for Older People is a role that is pivotal in the management of patients over the age of 80 who require acute medical care presenting to UHS.  This role sits within the Emergency Medicine Care Group, and your area of work is predominately Acute Medical Unit and Emergency Department.  

This role is open to both trainee and qualified ACP.
