Are you a dynamic and experienced change leader with a passion for driving improvement in healthcare? We’re looking for a motivated and autonomous Project Manager to join our team!

Working alongside divisional and care group colleagues, you will lead and be responsible for several projects aligned to the Trust's strategic objectives. You will need a high degree of motivational skill, working closely with colleagues at all levels in the organisation, clinical and non-clinical and where appropriate, the wider healthcare community. 

You must be able to encourage and enthuse others to implement change at many levels, from local department improvements to broad implementation of national initiatives and directives. A high degree of autonomy with minimal direction will be required, as you will manage a demanding workload to deliver sustainable improvement, and ensure projects are realised against conflicting priorities.

Working  in a matrix structure with the Always Improving Team and the Clinical Director of Improving and Clinical Effectiveness, this role requires knowledge and experience in the application of project management, service evaluation and Improvement tools and techniques.
