You will be a key contributor to our senior management team within UEL and UHS. With your acute healthcare leadership skills, you will be responsible for the delivery of a high-quality FM service, ensuring compliance with statutory and mandatory obligations and the maintenance of professional standards. Reporting to David Jones, our Director and Deputy Director of EFCD, you will work in partnership with Directors and Clinical Divisions across UHS and UEL to ensure the provision of professional, safe and high-quality services.
You will provide professional leadership to our technical and support staff and be a supportive manager who can engage, empower and support career growth in your teams. This is an exciting new chapter for UHS and UEL – and you will play an essential part in leading the soft FM teams and be a key contributor to the senior management team. You will also contribute to the strategic leadership of UEL, delivering to targets and continuous improvement in a dynamic, changing environment.
Importantly, you will live and demonstrate behaviours that meet both UEL and UHS’ Values: Patients First, Always Improving, Working Together. You will inspire, develop and support every one of us to live these values - every patient, every colleague, every day.
